The statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods shall of course apply to all our clabs. For all defects in our articles occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims to subsequent performance, i.e. to rectification of defects/replacement, apply, as well as – if the statutory requirements are met – the more extensive claims to reduction or withdrawal.
